I have often thought about why most people in MLM
have a difficult time getting people to join there team.
The simple answer. They are so emotionally involved in
needing a result, that they tend to come across as weak,
desperate and needy, because of there financial situation.

I was the same when I first started. But after reading Mike Dilliards
Magnetic Sponsoring book, I purposely changed my mindset and
sought a solution that would help me build my own email list.
These days, I won’t even bother trying to phone someone, unless
there actions speak louder than there words. Sure, if they contact
me with some questions or concerns, then I will respond too that.
But that is all I will do at this stage.

Sponsor mean and And keep Them keen

That job, I leave up to my marketing / sales funnel, that is designed
to sort- sell- select and in some case’s automatially sponsor people
for me 24/7 days a week. I take 3 simple step’s that get’s people to
sign up too my free Internet marketing course. This is how I expose
people to my business, without needing to twist there arms or
use emotional manipulation too sponsor them into the team.

But Once You Join My Team, Iam Here For You

While Iam here to help and offer advice to my downline team, Iam
not into being a social welfare officer. You must realize that MLM
is like any other business you pass by on your way too work. You
only get paid for result’s and not for activity. It’s going to take some
capital to kickstart the ball rolling. Advertising and marketing are the
life blood of all business. Without it, your business die’s a slow death.

The good thing is that advertising online, is still relatively inexpensive.
While I have played around with some free advertising outlets, I have
gotten better results using paid solo ads, that ezine or newsletter owners
send out to there own personnal subscriber base for a fee.

MLM is what it is and no amount of sugar coating
with words and slogans  will change it. When you
get involved with an mlm opportunity, you should
realize that, you are engaging in a commision
based enterprise, that can make you very wealthy.

Yes there is work involved in building your business.
If you are venturing into this for the first time, you will
have some new skills to aquire and learning to do. Of
course much of this is learnt by building your business.

The good news is,  mlm is a no risk way, to venture
into the business of being in business. Your upline
and the company is there for your support, when you
feel you need it.

Then there is the constant free training that your upline
and company provide. Because they realize that without
you, they can’t multiple and prosper.  With the internet
this can be accessed 24/7 from anywhere in the world.

I know a lot of people don’t want to deal with all the stuff
that inevitably comes with a business. But with MLM, all
you need too look after, is your downline team and to
make sure your customer’s are happy. There is no lease’s
to pay, no staff hassle’s and the cost’s involved in running
an MLM based business, are cheap.
